If all the planets align and the moons of Jupiter are in the right phase then RedCity may have two big announcements in the coming weeks. Sometimes you have to be in the right place at the right time for favour to fall upon you! Call it a convergence of circumstance or just personal connections moving in a cycle driven by key stakeholders, the fortunes of the RedCity Roar NBL1/QSL men's program is hoping the next few weeks will provide a significant upswing for the program.
Tickets have have gone on sale through Trybooking and sales are starting to pick up with close to 150 season tickets sold already, player partnerships ($500) are staring to roll in (still have players available). Spencer Parker will arrive early April and maybe suiting up against Logan Thunder in a preseason match on April 9th at the Paul Bancroft Centre. Jarett Croff, a 208cm (6'10") centre will not arrive until mid April. Jayden Hodgson will stay with the Sydney Kings until their run at an NBL title ends, however there is a chance that another long 208cm (6'8") young athletic prospect could join the program from overseas. All will be confirmed at the season launch to be held on Saturday 2nd April at Redlands PCYC.
